Annual Fire Risk Assessments

An annual Fire Risk Assessment will be carried out in order to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) 2005. A full fire risk assessment report will be supplied.

Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and Review

Fairview Safety Solutions Ltd will produce where necessary, review and amend existing Health, Safety and Environmental Policy or develop new depending on individual requirements. This will ensure compliance with current legislations and specific to individual organisation and operational needs.

Site Inspections

Visits to any nominated site in the UK can be arranged, along with a full site inspection report with findings and recommendations be provided following the visit.

Risk Assessments and Method Statements

We can provide guidance and assist in developing risk assessments or method statements for any of your activities.

CDM Compliance

We can act as your competent and experienced CDM advisers ensuring you work to the CDM regulations. Services include Construction Phase Plans, F10 submittals, Attending meetings, Attending design review meetings, conducting CDM inspections on the project.

Health, Safety and Environmental Committee Meetings

We will attend Health, Safety and Environmental committee meetings at your office or from your chosen location. We can offer any advice, updates, review progress and discuss future Health, Safety and Environmental topics. We will also supply documented minutes of every meeting. These meetings offer a forum for your work force to provide feedback and raise any Health, Safety and Environmental matters.

Annual Health, Safety and Environmental Audits

We will carry out a full annual Health and Safety Audit which includes; management audit report, an executive summary and recommendations. We will also give practical advice on implementing all recommendations which will be presented within the report.

Accident and Incident Investigation

We can conduct a full investigation to establish initial and root causes. Our full report will also include recommendations to prevent a reoccurrence.

Accreditations

With our experience gaining accreditations for our clients, we can assist in completing what can tend to be exhaustive paperwork to achieve accreditations such as CHAS or Construction Line.
