Change Management
Change management is a systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organisation's goals, processes, or technologies. The purpose of change management is to implement strategies for effecting change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change.
According to CIPD, change is vital in every organisation, whether the change is to allow growth, or to accommodate internal or external pressures and demands the organisation is facing. Change management is a type of management control which relies on systemic management interventions involving stakeholders to achieve a desired future state with specified performance results in line with the organisational strategy. The size, scope and level of change will determine who it affects and how. These factors will also influence any resistance to change. Resistance is a state of mind that represents reluctance or unwillingness to alter the ways in which employees think and act. As different stakeholders respond in different ways to change, some embracing it and others resisting it, it is important that this is managed well.
We will work with you to understand what you are trying to achieve and work with you to implement this in a positive way for your organisation.
