Review - We will carry out a free assessment, and determine what you have in place, what you don't and what needs updating/creating, this will include all your HR-related documentation; contracts, company handbooks, induction processes, along with your company’s policies and procedures. We will review and amend any existing documents, ensuring these are compliant whilst remaining specific to your business and its operational needs.
Pay as you go - Take advantage of having an HR expert on hand while only paying for our services as needed. Sometimes all you need to do is ask a quick question or run a potential strategy by an expert.
Projects and Investigations - Whether you are undertaking a recruitment exercise and unsure if your recruitment and selection policy and procedures are best practice or you are faced with a disciplinary or grievance, as it is crucial that disciplinary and grievance matters are managed promptly, delicately, and in accordance with employment law, we can assist with organising official disciplinary hearings, managing disciplinary and grievance investigations, and assisting your management team throughout the entire procedure.
